Prayer and Worship
Please see Coronavirus Updates for the latest details of how we're adapting our usual practices to comply with national guidance.
Prayer and worship are central to the life of our Church.
Sunday morning Services take place at Holy Trinity.
We provide a well-attended 8:30am Book of Common Prayer Communion Service, a 10:15am main ‘Parish Service’ with good biblical preaching, and a range of worship styles, including organ and contemporary music group and a quiet, reflective evening service which takes place at 4pm in the winter months and 6pm in the summer (August and December do not have evensong services).
Each month, we have a Celebrate Breakfast Service, incorporating All-Age worship.
Also monthly, we meet for Encounter
: a mid-week evening of free, charismatic prayer and worship.
There are prayer and/or communion services every day in the week, Monday – Thursday.
The bedrock of our life together is the personal prayer and bible reading of our members. We do all that we can to encourage this.
